You can read the book, listen to the audio and download the PDF without creating an account or giving us your email address.
If you ask us to email your book links, we collect your first name, optional last name and email address. We store the request and its delivery status so we can provide the links, handle problems and prevent repeated sends. Asking for the book doesn't subscribe you to marketing updates. Marketing signup isn't enabled on this website.
We don't sell or rent your contact information or provide it to outside advertisers. We use service providers to run the website and deliver what you request: Netlify for hosting, Supabase for private contact storage, and Resend for email. If you choose optional support, Stripe processes the payment. Our book-signup database doesn't store your card details. Necessary information may also be disclosed when legally required.
We don't use advertising trackers or email-open and link-click tracking in the book-delivery email. The site remembers your light/dark display preference in your browser. Hosting and email providers process technical information, such as requests, IP addresses and delivery logs, to operate and protect their services. Links to YouTube and Stripe take you to services with their own privacy practices. Those services may collect information when you visit them.
We keep book-request names, email addresses and delivery records for up to 90 days after the request to deliver the resource, resolve problems and prevent repeated sends. We then delete them unless they're still needed for an unresolved request, security issue or legal obligation. If you've asked us not to email you, or an address has bounced or reported spam, we keep the email address and a limited do-not-email record for as long as needed to prevent further messages. We remove names from those records when they're no longer needed. Payment and accounting records are handled separately from book requests and may need to be kept longer under applicable law.
For questions, corrections or a request to remove your information, email info@yahuahstudios.com. We may need to confirm that the request is yours. Applicable law may require us to retain limited records. Service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States.
